Students at the Beech Academy were rewarded for their hard work with a bumper haul of qualifications including the new tougher GCSEs. The results represent another year-on-year increase for students reflecting the hard work of students and the staff who teach them. Mr O’Malley, Headteacher of The Beech Academy (recently graded as good with outstanding features by Ofsted) said “The Beech Academy strives to provide an education that is aspirational but tailored to meet the needs of individual students. We are very proud of this year’s results, students have performed exceptionally well given their starting points and the challenges they have overcome during their time with us”
The photograph shows Callum collecting his results. It has been an exciting year for Callum who, as well as representing Great Britain at the Special Olympics, has also achieved a range of qualifications including GCSE maths and English. Callum embodies the values of the Evolve Trust in everything he does and we wish him and all of our students the best for the future.
